Anthony Lawton

A senior management consultant, analyst and management accountant.

A former NHS RightCare Associate, experienced in the areas of Change, Finance and Commercial Innovation with a track record in both the Private and Public sectors (primarily health).

My inspiration for Project Driver was born out of the changes brought about by the Covid 19 crisis. Listening to commissioners talk about achieving change in two weeks that they had previously failed to manage over 20 years was a real inspiration for me. It was my catalyst to bring together best practice techniques and tools in the knowledge that transformational change in the NHS CAN & MUST HAPPEN!

Strategic and creative thinker, team builder and motivator. Analytical, confident and a compelling speaker. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tony Flynn (B.A. ACMA)

A management professional with a depth of commercial and financial experience in a broad spectrum of businesses – from owner managed to Corporate.
Business partnering has always been a key part of my toolkit. Many of my roles have been about enabling people and facilitating processes to drive the businesses forward.

The ideal coach or mentor provides the opportunity and environment for the client to shine. To aspire further and help drive their business.
The coach / mentors role is to clear a path for the client to see the way forward. To help them understand and navigate the obstacles, to be aware of the options available and support the decision making process.
As a qualified coach the greatest success is seeing clients succeed and achieve.
This is the reason I do it.
